We're confident that you'll love whatever you get from us because we love making them - but if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason at all then not to worry, we have a 30 day no-quibble returns policy. You can just drop it back in the post to us along with a copy of your invoice and a brief note and we'll issue you with a full refund once we get it back. We don't charge any nasty restocking fees for returned items, but you will have to pay the return postage cost yourself.

You do have a duty of care over the goods until they're returned to us - so please try to ensure they're in a resellable condition if you're going to return them. This duty of care also includes returning them to us so to prevent them going missing in the post on the way back, we recommend that you use a signed for or tracked method of return. If items are delivered incorrectly due to an error on our part we will, of course, correct this promptly for you at our cost. If your order is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible and we'll be happy to help.

Customised or made-to-order items (e.g. ones you've uploaded images for, personalised with names etc) cannot be returned. We highly recommend ordering an individual sample to make sure you're happy with the product before placing an order for a large number.
